Colouring Competition Terms and Conditions (UK)
- Promoter The promoter is Vizion Network, www,vizionnetwork.co.uk ("Promoter"). Contact: hello@vizionnetwork.co.uk.
- Competition name 'FCCN Colouring Competition' ("Competition").
Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 2 years and over (no upper age limit). Anyone under 18 must have their entry submitted with the consent of a parent or legal guardian aged 18+ (the "Entrant").
- Employees of the Promoter, its immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition are welcome to enter.
How to enter
- Colour the official colouring sheet provided by the Promoter: [link / where to get it].
- Submit the completed o the Ford Accident Management Facebook page and using #fccnxmas
- No purchase necessary.
- Limit: one entry per person unless the Promoter states otherwise.
- Closing date: Entries close at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Entry requirements
- The entry must be the Entrant's own original colouring (or the child's original colouring, if submitted by a parent/guardian).
- Photos/scans are allowed for submission, but the artwork must be a genuine coloured entry (not AI generated).
Entries must not include anything offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful.
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that breaches these terms.
Prize
There will be one winner, who can choose one of the following prizes:
LEGO Technic 2022 Ford GT 1:12 scale model kit
LEGO Technic Ford Bronco SUV model car kit
No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value
Winner selection
This is a judged competition. The winner will be selected by a panel chosen by the Promoter based on:
- Creativity and originality
- Use of colour
- Overall visual impact
- The judges' decision is final.
Winner announcement and notification
- The winner will be announced on 5 January 2026 via facebook page (first name and age band only, unless the Entrant agrees otherwise).
- The Entrant will be contacted via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize and confirm their chosen prize option.
- If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may award the prize to an alternative winner.
Prize delivery
- The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner (or parent/guardian) within a reasonable timeframe.
- The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its control.
Data protection
Personal data will be used only to administer the Competition, contact the winner, and deliver the prize, in line with the Promoter's privacy notice. Data will be retained for 3 months]after the winner announcement, then securely deleted unless required by law.
Platform disclaimer
If entry is via social media: this Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the relevant platform(s).
Brand disclaimer (recommended)
This Competition is run by the Promoter. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Ford Motor Company unless the Promoter explicitly states otherwise.
General & Law
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
