Your Repair Hub

Your Repair Hub is simple to use and is designed to give you a clear overview of your vehicle repair progress as it moves through each stage.

During the repair, your repairer may contact you with additional messages, updates, or information about your vehicle, including offers or additional repair options. The Repair Hub will automatically notify you by SMS or email, with a link to view the Hub or the specific message.

Your initial repair options

In the early stages of the repair you may be offered the following options, these are based on the repair progression so will only show when they are acceptable to do so.
Your repair status
Your hub is linked to the bodyshop's management system, so the status updates automatically as your repair moves through each stage. To help you understand what each stage means, we include a brief description under every title.
Cancel repair
If you need to cancel your repair with a Ford Approved Repairer, please select this option.We're sorry it hasn't worked out, if you tell us why you're cancelling, we'll do our best to help and we'll use your feedback to improve.
Your timeline

Your repair timeline shows every interaction and tracks your repair progress from start to completion, with timestamps for quick reference. You'll also see the next milestone in your repair journey.

How do I change my repairer?
If your current repairer isn't the right fit, you can switch to an alternative repairer when options are available. Choose this option, tell us why you'd like to change, and the next screen will show five alternative repairers.
Estimated completion date (what it means)

After your repairer has scheduled your vehicle repair, they will share an estimated completion date. This is the most accurate estimate of when your repair should be close to completion. Your repairer will contact you once the final quality checks have been completed and approved.
