Our review system is soley based on customer experience whilst having there vehicle repaired.

In line with our core value of 'Customer Focus', we ask our customers for feedback on a continual basis and from this we are able to identify customer relationship strengths and immediately address any areas of improvement by promptly following up the feedback if required.

Our internal review and audit mechanism, ensures positive feedback is built upon and any concerns are addressed. The results are also used to help improve our general work ethics and training schedules.

How do I leave feedback

When your repair is complete and you have collected your vehicle, you will recieve a notification via email or SMS inviting you to complete a very simple survey. This is unique to you and will ensure that only customer feedback is collected.

Check your communication preferences to ensure you receive this request. It will also be available on your hub in the notification area.

What feedback can I leave?

Your time is valuable, so we've kept our feedback process simple. It should take no more than 2 minutes to complete.

We'll ask you to rate your repair quality, communication, repair time, and overall experience.

You'll also have the option to leave any additional comments about your repair if you would like to.
